LCMC Health is seeking compassionate registered nurses to join our team in Louisiana. You will coordinate patient care at the bedside, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and advocate for a safe, clean environment while monitoring patient status and family questions.

Responsibilities include wound care, infection control, and ensuring smooth continuity of care. A current LA nursing license, BLS, and PALs are required to join our caring community.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current nursing license to practice in Louisiana.
• Basic life support certification required.
• PALs certification required.

• Take the lead: prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating all care touchpoints for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure direct patient care.
• Maintain and advocate a safe environment for everyone.
• Monitor patients and communicate with families and care team about changes or concerns.
• Prevent and treat wounds and ensure infection control standards are met.
• Support continuity of care and effective throughput.
