• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure direct patient care.
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure patient safety and infection control.
• Monitor patients and communicate significant events to the care team.
• Conduct proper hand-offs and ensure continuity of care and timely throughput.
• Engage with patients and families with education and resources.
