Job summary

Avita Health System in Bucyrus, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Flex Program. This regular part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care across shifts, with supervision of nursing assistants and staff to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Two or more years of nursing experience, with prior ICU exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients within the unit.
• Help ensure continuity of care between shifts by supervising nursing assistants, LPNs and staff.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Maintain role as patient advocate aligned with the organization’s mission.
