Rae-Ann Suburban Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Westlake, Ohio, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time positions. Shifts run 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.

As part of our nursing team you will provide professional nursing care, document observations, and collaborate with supervisors. We offer competitive wages, flexible scheduling, daily pay, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits after one

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current LPN license in Ohio.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Familiar with Point Click Care healthcare software.
• Geriatrics experience preferred but not required.
• Must possess leadership ability and cooperate with department heads.
• Must be in good mental and physical condition.
• Excellent organizational skills for planning and directing nursing care.
• Demonstrate patience, tact, cheerfulness and handling residents based on their functioning level.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care to residents per facility policies and regulations.
• Routinely check rooms for resident safety and well-being.
• Assess and document observations accordingly.
• Carry out supervisor instructions.
• Answer questions from residents, families and staff.
• Assist supervisors in care and unit management.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for unit efficiency.
