Job summary

Nashua Center for Internal Medicine in Nashua, NH, is hiring a Registered Nurse for a 16-hour part-time role. Join a care team affiliated with Foundation Medical Partners and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center to deliver high-quality patient care.

Assist providers, triage, and support telehealth visits while upholding nursing standards and patient safety. On-site work with flexible day shifts and no weekends, plus health benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current NH Registered Nursing (RN) licensure is required.
• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR training.
• Prior work experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the nursing process in person, by telephone (telephone triage), and via telehealth modalities.
• Assess and identify patient needs, plan to achieve appropriate outcomes, intervene, and evaluate progress toward goals of care.
• Collaborate to design and implement a plan of care with the interdisciplinary team including Physicians, Physician Assistants, and other health professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines, perform point-of-care testing, and collect and handle specimens within the scope of practice as determined by the Nurse Practice Act of the appropriate state.
• Educates patient on self-management activities, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness based on the plan of care designed collaboratively with Provider(s).
