Job summary

Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced registered nurse for the Med/Surg Resource Team. You will apply the nursing process to provide safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care, demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking on a day shift.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Arkansas.
• Healthcare CPR required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided in some areas.
• Specialty units require specialty education provided by Baptist Health.
• Requires 18 months of RN experience and 1 year of acute care inpatient experience in Critical Care, ED, Med-Surg, Telemetry, Rehab, Behavioral Health, or Women''s and Children''s.
• BSN preferred.
• Must float within your specialty or across campuses no more than 50 miles from your home campus.

• Active, unencumbered RN License in the state of Arkansas.
• Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
• Requires 18 months of Registered Nurse experience and 1 year of acute care inpatient experience in one of the following specialties: Critical Care, ED, Med-Surg, Telemetry, Rehab, Behavioral Health, or Women's and Children's.
• BSN preferred.
• You will be required to float within your specialty or across campuses no more than 50 miles from your home campus.

This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
