Baptist Health in Arkansas seeks a registered nurse in the Rehab Unit for day shifts. You will follow the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver safe, compassionate care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires nursing knowledge, critical thinking, and CPR certification; ACLS/PALS/NALS training may be provided as needed. Shift: Day, 0630-1900, 72 hours bi-weekly.

Formación

• RN must be a new graduate or licensed in Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Applies basic nursing knowledge to meet standard of care.
• Must work as a full partner on an interdisciplinary team.

Other Information

• A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• RN that is not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
