Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, therapeutic patient care using the nursing process. You will demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking as you follow department policies and integrate with the healthcare team.

This night shift (1830–0700) on the Resource Team requires active RN licensure in good standing, BSN preferred, CPR required with ACLS/PALS/NALS training provided. The role is full-time with a 72-hour biweekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• ACLS / PALS / NALS training provided in some areas.

• A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• RN that is not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.

This job will be authorized 72.00 hours bi-weekly.
