Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an Operating Room RN – First Assistant to deliver expert patient care using the nursing process. You will coordinate perioperative care and collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safety and efficiency.

With 2+ years intraoperative experience and CNOR/RN-FA, you will lead within a dynamic OR team. Mercy offers a $20k sign-on for eligible RNs, tuition assistance, comprehensive benefits, and retirement matching.

Qualifications

• Current RN license or permit in Missouri.
• Minimum 2 years intraoperative experience as both scrub and circulating nurse.
• 3+ years preferred.
• BLS/ACLS – required within 1 year of hire.
• CNOR & RN-First Assistant certification – required within 1 year.
• BSN preferred.

Certifications

• CNOR & RN-First Assistant certification required within 1 year
• Preferred Certifications: CNOR, CRNFA

Education

• BSN preferred
