Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to support intraoperative procedures, coordinate perioperative activities, and ensure instrument availability. The role reports to the surgeon and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate has an RN license in WA, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and CNOR certification, with 3 years of perioperative nursing experience including scrubbing and
Competenze
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Graduation from RNFA program within 1 year; must be enrolled upon hire.
- Washington RN license required upon hire.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required upon hire.
- CNOR certification preferred.
- 3 years perioperative nursing experience including scrubbing and circulating.
Mansioni
- Assist surgeon as RNFA during intraoperative procedures.
- Coordinate scheduling and education of clinical staff.
- Ensure availability and care of instruments and equipment.
- Participate in research efforts.
