Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our field-based Personal Care Services in Corpus Christi. This per diem role offers a flexible schedule with visits throughout the month, typically averaging 9–10 visits.

As an RN Field Nurse, you will assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, and educate families while ensuring high-quality, compassionate care. A valid RN license in Texas and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of the status of nursing needs of assigned patients, implements the individualized patient care plan.
• Plan, evaluates the effectiveness of the care plan, and modifies as appropriate.
• Responsible for promoting and maintaining optimal client care.
• Responds to actual or potential health problems.
• Makes the initial nursing evaluation visit.
• Re-evaluates the client's nursing needs as required.
• Initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions.
• Counsels and instructs the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
