US Fertility's IVF Florida in Jensen Beach, FL, is hiring a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional weekend coverage, and opportunities to grow within a nationally respected fertility network.

You will welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, verify and update patient information, and ensure excellent customer service while navigating insurance details and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
• Knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing.
• Office procedures and office machines familiarity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors to the office.
• Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls.
• Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and follow up as needed.
• Provide timely information and quality customer service to patient inquiries.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representativeto join our team at IVF Florida in Jensen Beach , Florida.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and the ability to float to additional office locations if needed

In this role, the Patient Services Representative will:

• Welcome patients and visitors to the office
• Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls
• Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessary
• Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office setting
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing
• Women's health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferred
• Knowledge of office procedure and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.)
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment
