Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join the IVF Florida team in Wellington, FL. This role is focused on welcoming patients, guiding inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records in a compassionate, efficient environment.

You’ll work Monday–Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional weekend and holiday coverage. We value teamwork, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail, and offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office setting.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing.
• Women's health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferred.
• Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.e. computer, fax, copier, etc.).
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representativeto join our team at IVF Florida in Wellington , Florida.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and the ability to float to additional office locations if needed
