Job summary

UCHealth UCHlth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift in the Birthing Center. The role requires licensure as an RN, at least 6 months of RN experience, and BLS certification; night shift incentives may apply.

This is an onsite role with no remote or hybrid options. The RN will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support precepting for staff during orientation.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross before start date, BLS card valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with unit standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and safety.
• Precept and mentor new staff during orientation and ongoing training.
• Contribute to safe, high-quality care at the point of service.
