Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a full-time RN for the Greeley Birthing Center on the night shift. This onsite role schedules 72 hours per pay period with a $1,600 quarterly night shift incentive and a pay range of $35.29–$54.71 per hour, dependent on experience.

Night shift individuals receive additional compensation; UCHealth emphasizes a multidisciplinary approach, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or state board approved program if <3 years of experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 3–6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship program.
• NRP within 90 days.
• BLS/CPR through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer; card in-hand before start date; valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Model evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
• Precept and support staff new to healthcare and UCHealth.
• Contribute to safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
