POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:

The goal of the Powers Health Nurse Fellow program is to assist the Nursing student with the development of clinical skills. The Nurse Tech, in an atmosphere of acceptance and support, will learn the art and science of Nursing within the framework of The Powers Health Department of Nursing philosophy, goals, and standards of care.
