The RN will assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with hospitalists, surgeons, and interventionists, ensuring clear communication and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• MN RN license required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with health care team.
• Develop individualized nursing plans.
• Evaluate care and patient response to interventions.
• Communicate with patient and family to promote satisfaction.
• Follow policies and professional guidelines.
