Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for care coordination, patient assessment, education, triage, and interventions. Collaborates with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care, practicing within the scope of nursing standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure if applicable.
• Maintain required licensure, competencies, and certifications.
