RWJBarnabas Health in Warren, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Comprehensive Family Medicine team. This day shift, full-time role offers growth in a supportive, safety-focused culture. You will assess, educate, and coordinate care for patients in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold a NJ RN license with BLS, 1 year of RN experience preferred, and a BSN is preferred. Proficiency with EPIC and strong communication are valued as part of a patient-centered care approach.

Formación

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond to clinical changes.
• Provide medications, treatments, and hands-on care with strong clinical judgment.
• Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate care and transitions.
• Triagetasks for same-day sick visits and higher level care when needed.
• Support quality metrics and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
