Mayo Clinic is seeking a dedicated RN for the Family Birth Center in Minnesota. The RN will coordinate nursing care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients and their newborns, while collaborating with obstetrics, pediatrics, and anesthesia teams.

Qualified candidates have a nursing degree and RN licensure; a BSN is preferred and a baccalaureate degree must be completed within five years of start. TN sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• RN graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN with requirement to obtain baccalaureate degree within five years of start date.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver nursing care to patients and families.
• Provide patient/family education and support transitions of care.
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary care planning and safety initiatives.
