Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the FACT team in Ocala, FL. The role involves delivering high-quality patient-centered care, performing withdrawal assessments, and ensuring compliance with patient requirements. Ideal candidates will have graduated from an accredited nursing program and may have experience in substance use or psychiatric settings.

Qualificações

About the Role

As an RN on the FACT team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting individuals on their path to recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate withdrawal symptom assessments
• Ensure compliance with patient requirements (dosing, take-homes, callbacks, and drug screenings)
• Document services accurately and timely in accordance with policies and best practices
• Effectively communicate with patients and team members, including via telephone
• Monitor medical supplies and proactively coordinate replenishment
• Utilize strong computer skills to retrieve and input patient data

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program meeting Florida Board of Nursing standards
• Experience in substance use or psychiatric settings preferred, but not required
