We are looking for a RN Executive Director Specialist to join our New Starts team. This position will directly report to the AVP of New Starts and will serve as the administrator on call and are responsible for the overall operation at the local office, employment of qualified hospice personnel, and provision of hospice services.
This position is for a person who is willing to travel to different locations around the country and is responsible for establishing and implementing goals for hospice services and driving the operation of the facility. This role will manage budgets and ensure that organizational goals are in keeping with conscientious, humane care of patients while complying with all federal and state guidelines.
