Job summary

Gentiva is seeking an RN Executive Director Specialist - Hospice to lead operations across assigned markets. This role serves as administrator on call and oversees staffing, compliance, patient services, and quality improvement with full P&L responsibility.

You will travel up to 100% regionally to provide onsite leadership, ensure Medicare and state hospice regulations alignment, and drive high-quality, patient-centered care in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of residence.
• 3–5 years leadership or management experience.
• Experience with Medicaid/Medicare regulations and reimbursement.
• Able to travel frequently.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with technology and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospice operations across sites.
• Staffing, compliance, patient services, and performance improvement.
• Drive clinical quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and coach care teams to meet patient-centered goals.
• Manage budgets with full P&L responsibility.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure smooth transitions.
