Job summary

Village Caregiving, LLC in Cody, WY is seeking an Executive Director (RN) to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and train caregivers in our home care network. This role blends leadership with hands-on nursing oversight to drive quality and growth.

The ED/RN will manage referrals, staffing, schedules, and client service, maintain regulatory adherence, and build strong internal networks with the executive team while promoting a supportive culture and entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Ability to professionally represent VillageCaregiving in verbal and written communication.
• Exhibits business acumen and sound decision making.

Responsibilities

• Growth and maintenance of client referral sources.
• Initiating outreach within the community to expand services.
• Hiring staff to meet demand for services.
• Creating effective caregiver/client schedules.
• Prioritize exceptional service for clients and growth of territory.
