Qualifications

• Nursing degree (AA or BSN) and current RN license.
• BLS certification and at least 2 years of direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver culturally sensitive patient care and involve families in planning and education.
• Document care accurately and communicate with the care team for safety.
• Support professional development through competency assessments and mentoring.
• Help develop protocols to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
