Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an RN Evening Supervisor Manager in Durham, NC to support our nursing team and elevate patient care. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to compassionate care in a long-term care setting.

The Evening Supervisor will mentor staff, ensure quality outcomes, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain regulatory compliance and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• ASN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN licensure in North Carolina required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience; long-term care/sub-acute preferred.
• Evening shift supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the evening nursing team and coordinate care.
• Mentor and support staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and other leaders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
