Care Initiatives is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Full-Time or Part-Time roles with 2pm to 10pm shifts in Iowa. This position offers a competitive wage plus shift differentials and the chance to impact residents across our 40+ skilled nursing communities.

You will provide direct nursing care, support daily operations, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers while upholding infection control and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Iowa RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit.
• Administer medications and treatments on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider and interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate care needs to residents and families.
• Document care to meet standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
