Job summary

Greens at Hendersonville, a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. This full-time role offers evening shifts, 8- and 12-hour options, and a supportive leadership group committed to resident-centered care.

Eligible candidates will hold an RN license in North Carolina, have CPR certification, and preferably at least one year of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders.
• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervising and supporting CNAs during daily clinical operations.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of resident care.
• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
