Job summary

Greens at Hendersonville in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This full-time position offers evening shifts, 8- and 12-hour shifts, same-day pay, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and physician orders.
• Performing resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the care team.
• Supervising and supporting CNAs during daily clinical operations.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high quality resident care.
• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity and quality of life.
