Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to deliver coordinated nursing care per standards and nursing process. The RN will supervise nursing staff, collaborate across disciplines, and exercise independent judgment in clinical decisions.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the state of practice, a BSN is preferred, and certification in TNCC, PALS and ACLS is required. Experience in acute care or ER settings is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required

Key Responsibilities
