Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room in California. You will deliver coordinated nursing care, supervise clinical staff, and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care.

Required: RN license in state of practice; CPR/BLS; ACLS; PALS; TEAM/CPI; NIHSS. Preferred BSN and acute care ER experience. You will participate in discharge planning and patient education, and support a collaborative, fast‑paced ED team.

Job Summary

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular?Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
