The role involves coordinating patient care, reviewing prescriptions, educating patients, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Shifts are rotating days/evenings/nights with weekend/holiday requirements; benefits include sign‑on and loan repayment programs.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Must be able to work the hours specified, including rotating shifts.
• 1–3 years experience in a clinical environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan to the health care team.
• Coordinates with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
• Develops and documents nursing diagnoses, care objectives, and interventions.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, medications, and self‑care skills.
