Job summary

ARMStaffing seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room in Michigan. This 13-week contract position offers shift coverage from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with a 36-hour guarantee and holiday requirements. The RN will deliver care in the ER, follow protocols, and collaborate with the care team.

Candidates must have 2+ years ER RN experience, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS, plus Michigan RN licensure. ARMStaffing provides benefits, clinical support, and travel-related allowances.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of nursing care within the assigned unit's scope of practice, following hospital policies and procedures, nursing process guidelines, standards of care, and standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients in the emergency room setting.
• Follow established guidelines and protocols in patient assessment and care delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of RN Emergency Room experience - Required
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS (AHA)
• Must hold a valid Michigan State RN License
