Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager to oversee the Emergency Department, supervising patient care, nursing staff, and daily ED operations. You will partner with the Director of Patient Care Services to provide oversight and ensure safe, efficient care in a 13-week assignment in Colorado.

The ideal candidate has the equivalent of 5+ years of nursing experience, an active RN license, and ED leadership training.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in nursing is preferred.
• Leadership experience within the last 2 years.
• Training and experience in Emergency Department setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of patient care, nursing staff and ED operations.
• Partner with the Director of Patient Care Services to support daily ED operations.
• Provide leadership with the ability to take bedside shifts when needed.
• Ensure coverage for holidays and coordinate with rural transportation considerations.
