Job summary

Atlas MedStaff LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at CVPH Champlain Valley Physician Hospital in Plattsburgh, NY. This is a 16-week travel contract with 12-hour shifts, nights or days, 36 hours per week, in a busy Level 3 trauma center.

The role covers adult and pediatric emergencies, Epic documentation, IV starts, EKGs and respiratory support, with opportunities to develop leadership through charge duties.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York.
• Experience in adult and pediatric emergencies.
• Experience with Epic documentation and patient flow management.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult and pediatric emergency care in a high-volume ED.
• Handle rapid triage, IV starts, EKGs, and respiratory support.
• Collaborate with trauma team and fulfill charge nurse duties when required.
