Description:This position offers an elevated seasonal winter rate.Rates will return to standard amounts after the specified date.Canceling due to a rate change after signing will result in a system denial.Shift times are 18:30 - 07:00.The patient ratio is 1:4.Weekend requirement is every other weekend.No on-call requirement.The facility can call off once per two-week pay period.Daily census averages around 185 with approximately 205 visits per day.The facility has 44 beds and 24 rooms dedicated to emergency care.Required skills include management of ventilated patients and central line care.Interdisciplinary support services are available in the emergency department.Patient diagnoses will include all emergency department cases.Travelers may be expected to float between nearby facilities.Refusal to float may result in assignment termination and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.Candidates must commit to working three out of five designated holidays.Requests for time off must be submitted in advance.
