UAB Medicine’s Heart & Vascular Center seeks an experienced registered nurse to support cath lab and related procedures in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications

• One year of critical care nursing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently licensed or eligible as an RN in Alabama required.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide and monitor moderate sedation care in the heart and vascular procedure setting.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing care and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe patient outcomes.
