Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a skilled EP Lab Nurse to join our Arlington Heights team. You will perform patient assessment, coordinate care plans, and communicate clearly with patients, families and care teams to ensure safe, timely interventions.

Requires an Associate's degree or BSN, current IL nursing license, CPR and ACLS. EP Lab experience preferred. This full-time position offers competitive pay, shift premiums, tuition reimbursement and a robust benefits package.

• Current licensure to practice nursing in Illinois.
• 1 year EP Lab experience highly preferred.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are safe, timely and appropriate.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families and care teams in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on assessment.
• Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice via quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October 2026.

Position Highlights

• Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL

• Full time/Part time: Full Time, 40 hours/week

• Hours: 6:30am ? 5:00pm (Scheduled Monday ? Friday)

• Required Travel: No

What you will do:

• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.

• Coordinates patient plan of care to assure interventions are consistent, safe, timely and appropriate.

• Communicates clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone and in writing.

• Individualizes patient and family teaching based on a thorough assessment to meet their specific learning needs.

• Participates in evaluating quality and effectiveness of nursing practice by participating in quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintains professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws and regulations.

What you will need:

• Successful completion of an Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing

• Current licensure to practice nursing in the State of Illinois

• 1 year of EP Lab experience highly preferred

• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association

• ACLS certification
