Job summary

Atrium Health Lake Norman Endoscopy is hiring an RN Supervisor for the Day shift with on-call requirements. This full-time role oversees nursing practice, supports delivery of care, and partners with the department manager to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Two years nursing experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Supports manager to enhance nursing practice and care delivery.
• Assists with interview, selection, and supervision of nursing staff.
• Coordinates communication across shifts via huddles and meetings.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Rounds on patients, staff, and physicians to assess care and operations.
• Delegates care tasks per policy and directs outcomes.
• Assists in evaluating progress toward goals and shares updates.
