Job summary

Scripps Health in Hillcrest (Scripps Mercy) is seeking a part-time RN for Endoscopy. The role offers 40 hours per 2-week pay period with varied shift and rotated after-hours, weekends, and holidays. Training schedule would ideally be full time to orient new staff.

As an RN in Endoscopy, you will provide direct patient care within your scope, assess and plan care, and evaluate progress. You collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes and patient safety across procedures.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Endoscopy experience preferred.
• Ability to provide direct patient care and collaborate with care team.

As a RN within Endoscopy you will provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
