Job summary

USPI St Joesphs Outpatient Surgery Center is seeking a dedicated RN Endoscopy to provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center. The role covers pre-op holding, Endoscopy suite, and PACU, with direct collaboration with physicians under SGNA guidelines.

The ideal candidate brings RN licensure, 1–3 years in PreOP/PACU, and current BLS/ALS/PALS, along with strong aseptic technique and teamwork to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–3 years' PreOP/PACU experience.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Current BLS, ALS and PALS.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Team player with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate nursing care in the Endoscopy role.
• Care in pre-operative holding, Endoscopy suite, and PACU.
• Assist physicians with Endoscopy procedures per SGNA guidelines.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and cleanliness of the unit.
• Communicate with team members and participate in quality improvement.
