Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for an Endoscopy role in Santa Barbara for a 13-week assignment with a day shift (8 hours, 08:00–17:00). The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience and hold a valid RN license with BLS certification.

Responsibilities include direct and indirect patient care, interdisciplinary care planning, and collaboration with physicians and staff to ensure quality patient experiences for adults and geriatrics in endocrine-related contexts.

Description:Provides direct and indirect patient care to clinic patients and their families utilizing the nursing processes of comprehensive patient assessment, development, and implementation of nursing care plans, and patient education.

Develops, implements, and coordinates an optimal interdisciplinary plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.

Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their families, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communication.

Adheres to policies, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations to promote a quality, reliable patient experience.
