The ED RN will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role involves meeting the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural needs of patients and their families, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team about patient condition and responses to treatment.
Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
License: Registered Nurse in North Carolina (or compact state) required
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required within 6 months of hire
Experience: 1 year in a healthcare setting preferred
