United Surgical Partners International, Inc. ER nursing opportunity in Sherman, TX. This role focuses on rapid triage, initial assessment, and efficient coordination with ED physicians to deliver prompt patient care.

The ideal candidate is a Texas-licensed RN with ER experience, BLS, and preferably ACLS/PALS; strong communication and the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS/PALS preferred or included in education plan.
• Ability to exercise nursing judgment and prioritize workload.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

The Emergency Room Nurse will be responsible for evaluation and care of emergency room patients. This will include triage of patient, initial assessment, notification of ED physician of patient arrival and condition. Implementing physician orders and assisting the ED physician with any procedures as needed

Required Skills:

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.

• At least 5 years experience as a RN in hospital Emergency Room preferred.
• RN, current in the State of Texas
• BLS
• Current ACLS / PALS preferred or included in education plan
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
