IHA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Fresno, California. This full-time night shift role involves assessing and planning patient care, coordinating nursing activities, and upholding departmental standards.
The position requires CA RN licensure, ACLS within 90 days, PALS within six months, and AHA CPR. Prior emergency, telemetry, or critical care experience is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
Reporting to the Practice Coordinator, Emergency Room, this position is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of each assigned patient; supervising, coordinating and guiding the activities with nursing staff members; and implementing the philosophy, goals and standards of care of the Emergency Department.
