Job summary

Kettering Health Dayton is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift in a full-time role. The RN will provide patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with the health care team, while upholding legal scope of practice and professional development requirements.

Responsibilities include advocating for safe care, delegating tasks as appropriate, and participating in performance improvement activities within the Kettering Health Network, aligned with our mission and nursing

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE) if they are a new graduate nurse
• BSN preferred (must be completed within 5 years of hire)
• A nurse who is returning to the acute care setting after five or more years may be required to provide evidence of successful completion of a refresher course
• BLS certification
• ACLS, NRP, PALS as determined by unit scope of practice
