Qualifications

This role involves patient assessment, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. The nurse must maintain strong communication skills and work effectively during overnight hours to support patient needs and emergency interventions.

Required Skills & Certifications:

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience working night shifts in an emergency room setting.


• Prior experience in critical care or trauma nursing.


• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Special Considerations:

• Work primarily overnight shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.


• Three 12-hour shifts weekly, totaling 36 hours guaranteed.


• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress emergency environment.


• Compliance with hospital infection control and safety protocols is mandatory.

Scheduling:

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 pm to 7:30 am).


• Guaranteed 36 hours per week.


• Shift schedule may require flexibility based on department needs.
