Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for our Emergency Department. The 26-bed unit cares for the community around the clock, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 and support from patient care techs.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, Day-One benefits, tuition assistance, and a weekend differential. Shift is 6:30am–7pm, 36 hours weekly, and candidates must be within 45 minutes of Mercy Washington.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license)
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification (or within 30 days)
• Must live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
