• Assessment Skills: Deliver patient care across all stages of growth, from Pediatric to Geriatric, with thorough and accurate assessments.
• Clinical Skills: Demonstrate competent clinical skills and provide appropriate nursing care, utilizing emergency equipment and procedures effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain complete and accurate documentation, ensuring the patient's progress and education are thoroughly recorded.
• Professionalism: Uphold professional practice responsibility, adhere to policies and procedures, and seek opportunities for growth.
• Patient Satisfaction: Engage with patients, families, and co-workers in a courteous and positive manner, maintaining confidentiality as per HIPAA guidelines.
• Safety: Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals, utilize safe transfer techniques, and apply proper body mechanics.
• Unit-Specific Functions: Individualize patient care based on surgical procedures and anesthesia types, ensuring patient understanding and comfort.

• Patient Education and Chart Completion: Involve patients and families in pre-operative and postoperative education and assessment.
