Qualifications Include

• Minimum nine months of RN experience, with at least one year in emergency department or completion of a specialized internship.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Licenses and certifications such as RN license, BLS, ACLS, and pediatric life support within specified timeframes.
• Additional skills in computer use and familiarity with emergency nursing courses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience, a bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field, and certifications like CEN or TNCC.
• Ability to recognize cardiac dysrhythmias and strong communication skills.
